Armenian Doughless Meat Pie Recipe
Meat Pie is a staple in many different cultures. A meat pie is usually a pie (dough) filled with meat and other savory ingredients. Cultures all over the world have a different version of it from the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Europe, Ghana, Australia, Argentina, to many Middle Eastern communities. They all use some kind of a dough and fill it with the savory and meat ingredients.
Here, we have a different version of a meat pie where there is no dough. The meat is shaped into a large, flat patty and topped with potatoes and tomatoes.
For all those that are weary of eating too many starchy carbohydrates and those who are gluten intolerant or simply do not like dough, this meat pie dish is for you.
